Using a console to send commands to a GameServer

Any way to send commands to IGCN GameServer from a console?

From command line?
from in game chat?

trying to make some configuration editor... and embed servers into it... and my goal is to send command to server when I changed configuration... for example... Reload Monsters Lists when spot data changed...

Make an api for your GS and than make an api handler application, it can be cmd, or any remote app, website or anything
