DMNCMS is good and support S12 but don't have any support in this time. (as i heard)
MuOnlineWebs is good, have updates and of course support.
MuCore good BASE, you may need fix some broken modules or some things to make real support to S12.
MvCore have really good base, its support also at S9 and have a lot of modules. you may also need some coding skill here.

if you choose work with Free CMS i would recommend you work with MvCore.
