first, download the following DLL's that i attached and put them in /ext/ folder inside php folder (c:/xampp/php)

You should edit your php.ini to look like this

extension=php_pdo_odbc.dll
extension=php_pdo_sqlite.dll
extension=ntwdblib.dll
extension=php_sqlsrv_56_ts.dll
extension=php_pdo_sqlsrv_56_ts.dll

and also enable zend for ioncube
put this in the first line before [PHP]

zend_extension = "C:\xampp\php\ext\ioncube_loader_win_5.6.dll"

remember that your xampp folder should be like this one above
