why client dont see server?
done step by step and client gets dc
ports open from 44405 to 55905
btw startup must load server with 127.0.0.1 ip? or do i need to change in that loader also?

hello I already setup the server and its running really fine, but Theres a text in front of me that says "Remaining Seconds 4:" how do I remove it? or what is the use of that??

Thats only if ur character is GM so ignore it.

i opened 44405 - 55905 (all in that range, and btw shouldnt i be able to log into srv on same machine even without ports open?)

i edited all ips like in video (step by step, so i dont miss any)
but i dont understand, if server is setup'd with one ip why start it with diferent one?
server is runing all ok, but it listens for 127.0.0.1, so thats why im asking (or it should be this way)

i said 55901 and 44405 dont poen range from 44405 to 55905
and check in canyouseeme.org if ports are opened, 55901 and 44405.

and use 127.0.0.1 everywhere except mapserverinfo.dat and the connectserver .

also in main.exe ofc.

Ok thanks for the reply KarLi

By the way here's a new problem. So my friends can connect into the server, but when I tried to connect to the serve using 127.0.0.1 im getting disconnected error after loading. I also tried my IPv4 address, which is 192.168.1.9, but After I choose the server I cant get in to log in screen, it gives me disconnect error instead. I tried using my WAN IP but it just giving me the disconnect error after the loading. I watched the video tutorial and I put my WAN IP in:

CS\Data\BoR_Serverlist.dat
Data\Mapserverinfo.dat
Data\Iplist.cfg
Data\Lang\Chs\commonloc.cfg

why u use 192.168.1.1 thats default .. use IPv4 in main so u only can connect..
and WANIP in main.exe for others since ports areopened, else i dont know whats going on.

The main freezes right after i click "ex700-1 Connect". Do you know what might be the problem?

No idea teranu, maybe u edited it wrong, else ur pc needs visual c++ 2005/2008/2010 net framework etc, dont know for sure.

I have all. I am playing on a public server right now, without problems, so something went wrong in my installation.

Your video was pretty hard to follow because there was no voiceover, and you do the things so fast, can't you post here a text guide?

idk what u mean with the .exe but u must edit it correct re-watch it.

just use your lan ip (ipv4 from start>cmd>ipconfg) in files and main )

No i never use loopback adapter, i mean i tried it before and its just like external IP, its like if you dont have any router then yeah maybe .. its necessary its like having hamachi then and using the IP, so then without router, check in start>cmd> ipconfig if u got any IP there IPv4, and use it, if u dont , then install loopback adapter and use that ip.

never change with maincracker, change with hex editor in and es in main.exe why .dll?
