There is missing Ranking.bak and mu2003_event_data.bak files.

You dont realy need those because MuOnline.bak has the ranking and event tables include, so that means in event and ranking configs u must connect the DB to MuOnline

yes with MuMaker only u can add like admin to people.. i dont know if can make it drop but add with mumaker is possible 100% and working well.
