Why are the names of NPCs (and mobs too) so weird? Just names nothing else. My client is 100% english

I configured correctly and open the main and dc.. xD
and use other main and dont get dc. :/

Ds give this error:
Violation of Primary Key constraint pk_defaultclasstype... (i try the guide to fix of the post and dont work.)
