I haven't seen any bug with zen drop whatsoever. Have you at least tried changing zen drop configs? There are SOOOO MANY configs in IGCData folder that you can change basically everything. Please don't be lazy and do something yourself instead of whining here about stuff that is obvious.

You have the option to edit the contents of Cash Shop which you can find in-game by pressing X. There is a CashShop Editor among the IGC Tools somewhere here.

No, its not concern with server, only client . I try to open main.exe but it's doesn't show up anything

I try it before, but it's still not working . When I try replace IGC.dll from client eMU I can run it but IGC.dll from this client I can't open main.exe . Hm.... this is very strange
