Your Client\Data\Interface\GFx\Notice\Eventnotice.OZP
Open Eventnotice.OZP In HEX Editor & Delete Firs 4 Bits and save .. You can see in Example.

When it's done rename Eventnotice.OZP to Eventnotice.jpg..

Or you can disable this window in server files.

your path\MuServer\IGCData\IGC_BattleCore.ini finde IsNoticeWindow = 1 make to IsNoticeWindow = 0

i suggest use Wcoin(c) if you dont get the answer for your question
