Its a problem with your gameserver and i can say for sure that you are using different files not these, because with these files there are no problems like this. Sorry to dissapoint you mate

For those who have not responding error. What OS are you running the files on?

For those who have server visibility problem make sure you edit you serverlist file in Connect Server Folder
and make sure that in front of the IP in mapserver file you have 's' exmple: s127.0.0.1

You didnt mention Gs freez and some events dont drop items and box of kundum drop bugged but other than that you're right its ok
