Im actually on Windows XP SP3 only for test it, but i tested GS_Normal on Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 and OK

How do you make it works on indows Server 2008 ?

MuMaker is only for edit Items / Stats, you have to create the character inside the game first.. later you can set stats, lvl, etc. but firt you need to create them inside the game.
