Best Monster.txt & MonsterSetBase.txt

hy RZ...
as i promised a couple of weeks ago..I now release the best Monster.txt and MonsterSetBase.txt ever.

Spots in Stadium, Davias, Lorencia, LostTower are for all class warriors...starting from n00bs to hy RR warriors.

all of you out there try my released spots..and come back and tel me youre opinion.

These are for version 0.97d+99 but if you add 0.99 monsters it will work there to
