[Release] MuMaker 1.13 with Tier Sets in .mdb (item database)

Hey so ppl been asking me about this multiple times so i want to just release my configuration and i will link them all here.

How to use mdb file?
replace it in mumaker folder and open mumaker.exe

How to put tier sets etc?
first of all you need to be sure u have the tier sets in your server files
secondly i have joh and jog option enabled for 'ALL' items/sets i also enabled SOCKET option too. If you add acccidently and the option/s doesnt appear means in your server files you must put the item in the socketitemlist the item manually and then re-add the item with mumaker in ur character.
