it's very simple to conver first you save for example photo0001.gif and you go in your computer at tools and change the extension of photo001.gif intro photo0001.MMK and done

Sorry to enlighten you guys, but its NOT just changing the
file extension name, there is more to it than just that, and YES
I would also like to know HOW to change the images, bcoz not much
firs on my server/client of those items.

I get all these lame Toon items, where there should be decent items
and visa versa :O)

So tool for converting MMK to img and visa versa would be
GREATLY appreciated :O)

passei aqui e vi o problema de vocês....
eu também estava com este problema, eu peguei e analisei a diferencia entre o MMK e o GIF....

Notei q os primeiros 18 Caracteres Binarios eram diferentes e resto era igual...
com php fiz rapidinho um sistema para converter os caracteres de MMK para GIF e Gif para MMk
