1). Minimazer -> Minimizer
2). F9 often used by clickers, add config for change keys
3). Don't work for me, add config for change window name or other option you used to find a window
4). I think it's better to change window type to normal like frame window (min. button + bigger close button). or add config for this

whaaa? its inject DLL into target "main.exe"

Win7 and Vista set in properties run as admin! maybe fail coz u dont have admin rights on your PC

PS. its Minimazer not Minimizer xD

Problem was not in user rights, but in filename("Main.exe"). After rename it works. May be do it no case sensitive? And adding some other graphic options would be nice

It is. Test it for yourself. Rename "main.exe" to "Main.exe" and try.
