I made a warp to crywolf and then works, not's the better solution but work.

I don' t modify anything else of siege but This mistake present. I think the problem can be by the obdc, i don't create obdc only put on pipes on sql

It's just the sql error beacuse siege don't work, when you Talk with npc, the game says "Castle information incorrect"

You need to create only 4 BattleCore, Events, MuOnline and Ranking, and Me_MuOnline if you use it.

It's not ODBC problem, did you check all configs in dataserver?
