Castle Siege Custom

Details of the new system:
- CS wins the team with the most points
- 15 minutes after the start CS team having the status of the defender will receive 1 point every 2 secondsso ALLY GM must be ONLINE and on the CS card
- Killing opponents in the crown room:
TANK kill (char with 800+ vit) = 5 points
Ally GM kill = 15 points
Other players = 2 points
- Defenders place of appearance now between the end of the bridge and the middle of the 1st gate and the 2nd gate.
