Golden Fenrir Mix Rate Option to Modify in server side: "Data\CommonServer.cfg" search in: "Chaos Machine Options" this option: "GoldenFenrirMixSucessRate = 80"

PS: Titan Set is index: 39 not: 45 like in original Season 4 versions :
PS 2: you can create items in game with Full options using: /make command
