update new link. edit ip at Data/ExTeam/Connect.ex <- open file with notepad.

Hellow guys i added new function in patcher for add patch memory delay config in file settings.txt PatchDelay for old computers delay 4000-5000 for new computers 1000 - 2000 for fix all bugs. thanks
