those three that you have in circle are nescessary to connect to your sql. If you are getting errors from that line, then you must check what you input on : $db_host=" ",$db_user="",$db_pass=""

eg : $db_host="192.168.1.158"(local ip:run=>cmd=>ipconfig) or $db_host="127.0.0.1"
$db_user="sa"
$db_pass="asd123a"
