my settings ( i use local ip / tryed with UpdateServer folder to )
and i can't find "RewriteEngine Off" on my php or http.conf ( i use xamp)

Solution: When u make update files on Patch Version u must put 01.00.01, 01.00.02 etc. With 1.00.01 for example will not work ...
