There are various posts regarding this topic on the forum and you should probably take an entire evening and read the original release thread. It's worth the time, believe me.

If you haven't done so already, you can use my old bootstrapper that should take care of some of the ugly parts (it's also from the release thread!).

After that just run the query again.
