[HELP] How to edit item on 4.9 ??

Plss help me.. I can unpack .PAK and get pangya_th.iff but after I edit with iff editor, I don't know how to pack to .PAK and how to run on server.:*:

Open pangya_th.iff
Extract here For FileXplorer Edit .iff
