Hi,

I follow the guide to setup an offline server on my computer, but i have an issue regarding the login..
Indeed, when i put my id and password i set in SMS, it tell me that this is an invalid id/pw..

In the FAQ there is no point about it.. also does someone can help me? :(

thanks !

Do you see a login attempt in your Login server console?

If not, I'd check the IP address in the game executable...

Also did you check if you added the username/pass in the right table? (Ini3_UserLogin)
That was one of my mistakes when I first started working with Pangya, since the Pangya_Member_Info table also has userid/password fields.

Hex your own Updater and create your own updatelist file and host it yourself using Quickpatch + Xampp for local hosting or IIS/Apache for remote hosting.

The connection to your database failed due to:
- ODBC not setup correctly
OR
- SQL credentials are incorrect

Recheck those two and see if the error persists.

Just found it in the FAQ. Thanks :)
Anyway it continue to tell me Invalid ID or PW

In ODBC i just had 127.0.0.1 for the server, but when i choose it, it gives me an error. So i typed (local).

(local) doesn't work for SQL 2005/8
You'll have to use your computername\servicename
Example: PC1\SQLEXPRESS

This is the same servername as you specify when logging into your SQL server manually.
