Pangya Server Problem(Pangya Season 4.9)

I don't know why I'm getting this message.

right password, right Login name and SQL server is running as good(remote connections are allowed).

but still I'm getting error all the time Did I do something wrong?

Thank you for your help! I got it work! but I have Another problem with Client now! I try to start Project.exe, and I Can't get it work again! This error " Run Pangya update Program first" make me confused. I tryed update_eu.exe. but this is doesn't work... it says "The Status of Network is not good. please try again.(19)" and I tryed Safe mod.. PangYa just goes freeze.. I don't know what am I missing here (I used this file for Client "https://www.wuala.com/Pangya/Client/EU")

Please use UltarEdit or other modify Hex tool
modify update_eu.exe ip Guide ur web ip

and i think u Should download Offline Client
