Você precisa de duas coisas para poder comprar um novo item ou tentar fazer outras coisas.
O gameserver é responsável pela loja e outras coisas do emulador, então, quando você atualizar um item, você precisa atualizar a pasta GAMESERVER/data
Primeiro Pangya_gb.iff e colocá-lo dentro da pasta "DATA" do gameServe
Second compilar o "pangya_gb.iff" para a versão mais atualizada do pak
Example: projectg851gb.pak
