Why my "Tutorial" can only choose "Club Selection"of "Beginner"

Hello Everybody
I look mrNickname's "Pangya Season 4.9 Server Repack v.2 + Setup Guide" and tsukasa's "Common Beginner Questions"
That is a good teaching.
But, I have some question

1. Why my "Tutorial" can only choose "Club Selection"of "Beginner"
2. After login games, I must wear clothes once again
3. When one play, My "PyServer.ini" line "onemanplay=0" or "onemanplay=1",but "Start Button" can't activated

Who can answer for me?

Have a look at this thread for the first two points.

No comment on the third point except that onemanplay doesn't mean you can play alone.
