How to find what I wanted when I unpack pak,
and how to find Item TYPEID when I unpack pak?

you need to extract the pangya_th.iff (which should be a zip-archive) and open the Part.iff with a hex editor. All Items are listed after the Structure mentioned in the development section. Don't forget that the values are little endian, which means you need to convert the hex numbers.
