WAN Bind Failed 10049

I have been tested Pangya Thai 4.9 Server on LAN and WAN.

It's working correctly on LAN. After I have changed to WAN IP it showing "Bind Failed 10049" at Login Server. I have been ready changed all config from LAN to WAN IP in AUTH,Bind,Login,Message and Game Server.

But I don't know what's I do wrong

Panya Client 4.9 finding other issue after select channel. I couldn't create the room it said "Your client isn't latest version

You have to change version in database and restart server
