Weird Error

Could anyone tell me what the attached error message means?

Its either "cant read updatelist file" or some error about http connection refused/ failed

updatelist is created with quickpatch and http connection refused can't be I can download the file myself in the browser.

Is the URL correct inside the exefile?

I recall getting those messages sometimes when my client went to the TH-servers.
