[Flyff] Hiring Developers / Coders

Hello, I am making a new project Flyff Server and I can sponsor and pay for it and buy dedications , domians etc. But I am not very professional with Source/Resource and other files, So I will need a developer to work with me.

The developer I am hiring should be kinda professional with many skills, like :
-Work/Edit on the source.
-Port-forward.
-Add/Remove Items,Stuffs. [Create new Weapons / Sets / Shields / Rings / etc]
-Make a Auto-patcher.
-Make a website with registeration page. [Don't mind the design, I got one]
-Knows how to fix bugs/errors.
-Knows how to create new scrolls / edit stuffs states.
-How to create/edit monsters with higher level.

Sponsor, Payment :
I can pay for the Dedication/Domian/Protection/Etc.

If you are asking :
* Will you pay me for being your dev and i'll do all what you want *
Answer : It's up to you I can pay for you after you finish the work, Or you can work with me and you get 50% of the donation everytime someones donate or every month.

And if you are worried about will I scam you or not.
I will not scam you and while you are working on the files etc you will have the dedication password so after you are done i'll pay you after paying you and you want to leave I'll change the password and if you want to stay and get 50% donation every month you will still have the dedication password.

Notices :-
The dev should be 15+ old.
Can speak english very well.
Online everyday 6+ hrs.
