I have a russian hotel with 80-90 daily online (which can rise with some updates). The name of the hotel is Sabbo. We have a staff chat on the russian social media VK, and the whole Staff team speaks english. Sabbo runs on PlusEMU and a Shock edit CMS.
I am taking care of the CMS, so the developer's primary job would be emulation / C##. I'll reward the developer with 50% of all earnings and will be giving credits for all the respective changes/fixes.
