[Minecraft] Looking for a Partner for Pixelmon Server

As the title states, I am searching for a serious partner for a new Pixelmon server: someone who is dedicated and truly familiar with the Pixelmon scene. The server will be completely dedicated to Pixelmon. There is the possibility of game expansion, but the current focus is on Pixelmon. You will be paid for your work regardless if the server generates revenue; however, if the server does generate revenue, you will receive a large fraction of the net profit.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English
Must be completely familiar with MineCraft, Pixelmon, and other programs related
Must be completely familiar with handling a MineCraft server
Preferably be familiar with handling a Pixelmon server
Must be dedicated

Age is not an issue.
