[RYL],Hiring for Developers & GM for ROW Project Server

Hello All Developers & Ragezone Members.

Introduction:
My Name is Amin and You can Call Me Rmin/Amin.
ReturnOfWarrior is a Part of RYL Servers which is has been combine between RYL1 and RYL2.
Its Hardly to Develop the server files & Client files because i dont have a developer which can reading Assembly,C++/C# and VB code.Note:If You Are Reading This Please Reply as IAMREADY in this thread.Last Month ago,i have allready trying to private message with someone in the ryl section which is he can reading and develop row server.However im not able to communicated with him anymore maybe because of busy on his work.So im here in This Team Recuit Section to hiring the new developer which is can help me to build another ROW Server Project In The Future.
The Developer also will be hiring as a GM in the ROW Server Project To Communicate better with players and finding missing/bugs that need to fix.ROW Server Project Will be host in Asia with better latency in US & Europe.In Asia will be 10ms-100ms however in US&Europe will be 170ms-2xxms which is normal and does not have any lags issue.

Criteria That Needed:

I. Able To Read,Coding,Understanding,Fixing

• Assembly(ASM)
• C++/C#
• Visual Basic (VB)
• PHP
• Databases(Mysql/MSSQL)

II. Able To Adjust A Feature's that has been added in ROW(Client/Server) Side.
III. Able To Add New Feature's in ROW(Client/Server) Side.
IV. Able To Fix Bugs & Hacking Relate.
V. Does Not Have Any Limitation for new features,tester,security.

Work Need To Be Done:

1.Feature's that Needed in The New ROW Project.(More Than 3x Feature's).
2.Bugs Related.(Common Bug That Found).

Work Duties as GameMaster/Developers:

1.Reading,Helping Players in Forum/In Game.
2.Holding an Event in Game.
3.Keep Eye On Players to make sure no abuse thing/hacking related.
4.No Cheating/Unfair by killing players in wars or duel mode.
5.Make sure user/players in Forum/Game not breaking the Rules.
6.Finding&Fixing Bugs Related within new feature's or common ROW Bugs.
