HOW TO: No collision mobs in ToP

Hello there =) I'm new here and I have a little problem.
(I'm not a geek in programming graphic editing)

I wanna do a lure in D5F4/5 with dissabled mobs.
The classic solution (change/remove folder/file name) causes the FPS drop down and screen freezes.
I know there is a way to make mobs unclickable so I can lure without getting blocked by a mobs and FPS are not dropping down.
As I know it's needed to remowe mobs bones and change its texture.
The problem is... I could try do it by myself with the importer/exported given here on the forum but I can't find 3ds max 8 and 3ds max 2009. Most websites are broken or virused.

I wanna ask you guys. Could I get help here?
A working 3ds max 8/2009 link?
Or any kind person could do me a favor and try to make the D5F4/5 mobs unclickable.
I mean: Banshee, Skeleton Archer, High Class Security guard of the priest.
With dissabling these mobs I can lure without being blocked by mobs.
The guy has this silution unfortunatelly don't want to share his files =(

Works exactly as I excepted to do =)
So now I know how to do it just need working 3ds max with importer/exported so I can do every mobs like this =)
