At first I wanna say sorry that mine english is not good enough.
This is just idea, I can't create own private server because I don't have knowledge about kal moding, but maybe someone will use this idea.
What does 100% PvP mean? It means that there is no mobs and you don't need gain EXP to get lvl, because all players will be same level with almost same stuff.
How it works?:
- every new player will get lvl 70, full clean armor set and clean Imperial weapon (which grade it should be idk), clean accesories, g11 animal,medicines,some geons(geons - to make guild,buy flags), Skill/Contribution points.
- player will be able to kill other players when he/they will be in assasin mode,and vice versa(assasin mode can be turned on with command or with sin mask) or at Castle War and for each kill player will get points(Reward points or smth like that), and with these points he will be able to change his Job(yes,you will need to pay some points to get other goverment possition aka job), upgrade egg or buy special items(pimping talis,etc)
- there will be no mobs, no EXP points, so your mission will be to kill much player as possible(2x clients at 1 PC will be not able).
- Donation: if player will donate, for donation coins he will be able to buy scrolls,potions,better medicines, eel, etc at special shop, so if he donate - he will be a bit stronger than other players.
- each day there would be Castle War.

- on same PC - only 1 client can be opened, and only 1 account can be created on same IP/PC.
- and maybe Reward Points limit per day - ex. you will get points only for the first 50+ killed players, other kills will be not awarded with points. After server time reach 00:00 system will be reseted and people will be able to get points again. So you can kill your friends thousand times but after first 50+ kills you will don't get Reward points.
- kalonline world would be much smaller, special places where players kill each other, and Admin/GM would be able to check players.

Great idea but when you make so one server there will be online some days or hours? no more better normal server whit mobs and pvp :D so cuz on all servers how i know Kn8->Archer pwn Mage when same lvl or so when make PvP same lvl all. Mage<-(NooB)->only if you make good but werry balanced server..it will work :D..

What if you have 2 PCs (one can be over VPN to have 2 PCs) in your house? Then you got an advantage over somebody with only 1 PC...
Some people will still get that limit easily... You should make it impossible to get points from players on the same IP, same guild, same party, over 5 levels lower than yourself...
That would require a lot of coding skills
as I said there should be Reward Points limit - 1 DAY LIMIT.
In 1 day you can get maximum 50points and no more, other kills would be not rewarded with points till server time doesn't reach 00:00.
So even if you have 2 PCs and you kill other own char - you will get only 50 points, thats it, I don't see point to make other account/character and kill it just because of 50point which you can get not hard by killing other players.
Also points would be bounded so you would be not able send them to other character.
No points from players on same guild/party? why? if they don't wanna be killed - they should stay at safe zone, at assasin mode there shouldn't be matter - you are from same guild or not.
5level lower...whata... I said - ALL PLAYERs would be same level, so level difference doesn't matter.
If executed properly, this MIGHT be a good/fun idea. But only for a certain amount of time.
+ It removes the challenge from the game...
In general this isn't possible to done without HEAVILY modifying the game, which well, is hard.
In general I wouldn't think that it would be worth it considering the amount of modding required.
The amount of fun this server will generate vs the work you would have to put in = not worth it.

Infinity is incredibly long... especially towards the end.(/◔ ◡ ◔)/
as justei said it would be fun for week or 2 than it would be max 20 players online but ofc you will be probebly attacked from jelous people.. still everyone of us got diff taste so is kinda hard to know if your server will be succesfull but if you will manage it will no coruption and so you may have up to 200 players.(if not more..)
i personali think its great idea because i havent seen any server that had more than 10 sins every day.. people just geek like r..ards lol
ive had thoughts about a pvp server lately but kinda hard to make it work without using mobs, you should get a chance to become stronger by questing or whatever. and by having quests means you should have mobs also, else there wont be anything more than just running between npcs all the time.
edit:
pvping will get boring over time but there is a "solution", replace all the fish with expexchange items to trade with a npc in order to lvl or get better equipment.
then people will fish all week long till its time for castlewar ;)
thats a server id like to play.. fishing with 100 kal clients simultaneously (just becuz we can) until the war starts where 200 donation powered, full agi, IC archer(some of them with LA/Cloud no cooldown) wait for a mage/knight to come along. yeeehaaa..
What should we do to fix this problem:
Add simple SP which works like that - it checks assassin bord top ~10 and gives player reward if in assa bord top 10 isn't the same kill, like:
In this example we can see that in first place ObuolYs and BjornVH were in pvp, and in 4th is the same. So first time player: ObuolYs will get reward, but next time he will not get until somebody do pvp and adds thier names to assassin bord.Code:NameCatch NameAssassin ObuolYs BjornVH Asdad ASdasd Asadasd Awwdda ObuolYs BjornVH
You can also kill other players and get reward, but not from the same person. Also, you can add all other protection which you mentioned, like ip check and guild.
I wouldn't tell everybody about this idea because I will to do that myself, but most probably not all could do that themselves.
Right now, quaintkal project stopped, so most probably soon you will see quaintkalpvp server :))))
