If I may suggest, why not just open a new section for all recruits, that's how we used to do it, and that was less crowded then letting us put in the main area, or just adding to an existing thread. Which in my humble opinion, is not very well organized idea...Makes it harder to find people spamming and those looking to join a team...

Before I start,

you CANNOT be a GameMaster/Moderator on any other server this is not what we are looking for.

So you want to become a MOD?. Being a moderator is not simple you have to be fair to everything and everyone.
Remember that I can see everything you have been doing from the first time you got your MOD account. (Thanks to the lovely korean scripts)

Requirements to become a MOD:

1. You speak english ingame and on the forums. (a must sorry)
2. You understand the game fully.
3. You have to be over the age of 15.
4. You have to be online atleast 10 hours a week.
5. You must use windows live messenger/msn to stay in touch with me.
6. You have to be fair in all situations even if it involves your "friend".

Benefits of being a mod:

1. You have my ear on msn.
2. You are able to see and hear information about the server before the player's.
3. You have the power to block hackers (YOU WILL HAVE TO PROVE YOUR POINT TO ME AFTER).

People amaze me man. I'm not good at developing much because I only do VB.NET and PHP, but I try to contribute to the community as much as I can by at least by making my video tutorials for the people who can't follow the text ones. Kids like this leech others work, no thanks, no credit, and want everyone to build a server for them so they can make overpowered donator items to get some money.
