[Release] GTH Server File Reupped + Working Server Proof.

Earlier today I was able to get a server running on my pc using a mixture of the GTH 4 and GTH 5 release files.

GTH 4 has all of the Binary data and files while GTH 5 has all of the Source files and c++ stuff.

I did everything by memory and previous knowledge I had learned from running other game servers in the past that used mssql and odbc based connections.

I do not have the tutorial link, I did everything from my own memory of setting one up in the past. basically just have to setup the mssql databases, and setup the odbc connections, after that make sure all the .ini files have the correct login infos ect and should run.
