L2J problems with java

hey guys i get this problem when i start up the gameserver.bat

1 . Your data is ON ?
2 . Your user root and pass root is ON ? _( root is ej.)
3 . You configure some sql or db ?

well this error is new.my server has been up for over 2 months and its been going fine..the server is lineage 2 light.and this error just came yesterday,i was told that java had reached its limit and i had to take out processes of the server such as quests or increase the java max size wich i duno how to do

How much RAM do you have on your computer? Try lowering the number of DB connections for L2J or the thread pools in 'server.properties'
