L2J Need a loader for l2.exe

I used to have a neat little loader that could be used to start the game connecting to a specific IP (as opposed to editing hosts file). However I'm having a really hard time finding it again

I was searching for "loader" not "launcher". Thanks for the sarcasm, it does a long way -.-
