1. Can I use MSSQL to create the databases? or only with MySQL?
2. Is the Client must from the 9you? Can we use the others client?

1. You need to use MySQL. These DB's are not MSSQL Compatible. Unless you can mod them.

2. Use any client with version 1.6 and it should be fine. Do not forget to patch it up as mentioned in the guide.

You told me in my help topic to follow your patching instructions for my version 1.7. But i have come across some problems:

Run Patcher.exe provided with the client files and select "Server 1"
Open The Hex-Editor (WinHex is preferrable as this Guide was predefined for it)
In WinHex, Open the Tool - Ram (Shortcut: Alt + F9) and Select Patcher.exe and the first Server.

The current IP in the client is 219.140.165.66. Search for that value but converting this into hex and then perform a non-case sensitive search. On doing so, you will find the IP and replace it with 127.0.0.1 or WAN IP depending on what you set in your server files.
Save and Close the HeX Editor.

1: i do not see a "server 1" in the patcher, but since this is all i see i'm guessing that this is what you're referring to?

Second, In the ram, i am able to find patcher.exe, and that opens up to allot of files. I cant find anything that looks like "first server". Also i opened up "patcher.exe" and do not find the IP address you mention after converting it to hex.

This isn't really a hexing problem, i know how to edit files with a hex editor. I just can't find what you're talking about so i can edit it.

Just use the same version client and no the databases available are for MySQL. You cannot use MSSQL. You will face a lot of tech probs and the db's wont be compatible.
