For the normal users:
1. If I can update a rev, either DP or Server: DO NOT SPAM ASKING "SOMEONE TO COMPILE THIS AND THAT...". Be patient, you will not fall behind of others because of that...

2. If you are not patient: learn how to compile yourself. It's probably taking longer and could be more complicated but, at least, you will be updated at the latest...

Indeed... anyone who asks "Plix compile latest" or anything like that will get a spam warning. 2 of that and will get an infraction. Some ppl will say, too hard, but it's the only way to keep it clean...

Have you properly edited scripts.cfg? (right action)
or have you modified __init__.py? (wrong move !!)

did anyone use l2encdec at vista and have l2.exe play normaly?i patched the system files and i use fileedit to change the ip of l2.ini and i use ct1loader but l2.exe didnt run!any help?

i had that problem whe i installed my DB, but mine worked fine after that :)..

but i have another problem, Hex ID.

When i go to start the login, all is fine, until the gameserver starts up and tried to connect to the login, the hexID File is in the gameserver \config, (and yes i renamed it) in the DB under gamserver the hexID Code is the same as the code that is in it's txt file. I've had no problem with any other serverpakc's, just Oneo. It's very wierd. This put me off once Before when usng this. I know i am doing something wrong here.

in my opinion, it is the IP's that fail to bind each other together in the config files lol, just maybe.

I'll post a sshot of both my server.config and my loginserv config files, and can you check over them for me plz?

Btw, thanks for the share and a even bigger thanks to Oneo! even if it still has bugs, it is an awesome share! i am glad people are still activly trying to keep this community together and alive! Props to Oneo :)!

- ExternalHostname = (Your External IP, not domain)
- LoginHostname = InternalHostname (meaning 192.168.1.5)

Try like this...

that way didnt work, it was kind of the other way around, Instead of it being:

- ExternalHostname = (Your External IP, not domain)
- LoginHostname = InternalHostname (meaning 192.168.1.5)

it was

- internalHostname = 192.168.......etc..:port
- LoginHostname = 127.0.0.1:port

I've got it up and running. now i just gotta see if i can connect :)
