I cant translate the library i translated menus and all that but i cant translate all reasons:
1.- i see only boxes i cant use translator
2.- in notedpad i only see keywords like AAaAAA (with specials characters)
3.- is to many stuff for one person

But if any one have an old website with a library that should help alot to make a new library easy...

library isnt the thing i can take the original in

If u use Apache make file named .htaccess in root directory with string AddDefaultCharset windows-1251
Then show me that damn error message. %)

the prob is i canot display them because i dunno what they did
some of them are by the registery so i can take a look when i did something what happens but i dunno how to show the others

but now i have an idea
if i copy them in a regular php as text so it will be shown in real russian signs
so i can paste them
maby i can translate them by my own
but atm iam busy

Well the translaton of all files takes a long time because the library is a lot of information but without that is no hard, i will share spanish version without library soon, i need start my work again i had problems with my pc and i lost a lot of translations but is not that hard, if you compare the translation of napas in english is almost the same, the files only change in php code, thats why we need carefully translating =)

Note: I'm using napas files only as reference, i'm not overwrite the files thats dosent work
