Dont spam this thread. And as far as i can see i only advise to host an off-shore server and block unauthorized ip adress's.

Actually, they're not.
We are actually cranking theyre copyright and disclaimers + terms of service.
I dont think they are stupid. They are just protecting they're hotel.

TPB is technically not hosting any copyrighted material on their servers - they are hosting torrent files, which is a different thing. But that's a different discussion.

Re: This is why you dont make your Retro Famous (A MUST READ)

You aren't really safe in any country. It mostly depends on your host and if/how it cooperates with Sulake and handles legal threats.

Re: This is why you dont make your Retro Famous (A MUST READ)

You're better off integrating your hotel with some open source software (like forums - vB/SMF/etc)

Using these CMS and other obvious Habbo-related imagery makes it too easy for Sulake.

That means nothing when it comes to Sulake. If they see it its illegal, even if it is offshore.

Nopes, in Sweden they will take it down too. ThePirateBay is hosted in another country, I don't know what one but it isn't Sweden.
