This is what makes it seem fishy, how did the datacenter get mobats email? All the servers are regi'd in my name so Idk what to do. Block their ip range and reopen?

You aren't really safe in any country. It mostly depends on your host and if/how it cooperates with Sulake and handles legal threats.

You're better off integrating your hotel with some open source software (like forums - vB/SMF/etc)
Using these CMS and other obvious Habbo-related imagery makes it too easy for Sulake.
