I take it that some noob is emailing the letter from this thread to the half decent retro's

the bold bits make me & NitroHabbz to believe this is a poorly edited takedown notice. (no PDF was attached either)

The owners of the website will be liable to be sued for monetary loss and
copyright infringement to the claimant Sulake in association with Habbo.co.uk.

The disclaimer on the site- habbzhotel.ath.cx would be deemed as invalid as this does not negate legal action as verified by Solicitor Advocate Mr
Paul Willcott.

On a further note should the site seek to change hosts or domain, this
would see us posting summons of court to the parties involved, as they have been formally warned.

Please send all future correspondence to our solicitors personal email of
which authority has been given - willcottllp@rocketmail.com of Clarke and Willmott.

Its easy to get someones email, You just go onto a site that allows you to make offers on domains and type in the URL it comes up with all of their info First name, Last name, Address, Email, Mobile, Phone ect, I guess they keep getting smarter as the resources grow.

And also those saying that the CMS isn't copyrighted to Sulake, you are correct. This isn't what Sulake are complaining about, it is the fact some of the images used, and the ideas are.

I do not like That Sulake is doing this to our community,
Even tho its copyrighted Alot of people like playing the free versions ALOt better, With habbo
we have to spend our hard earned money on fake virtual world thats filled with low life theifs...

I know it may never happen but someday I hope habbo will come to its sences and stop charging us with there products that help us with nothing in the real world.

The one you got directly from jussi.kari is definitely fake, even the visible headers are malformed and it's pretty obvious it was run through a PHP mailer (hence the \ escape characters). Windows Live Mail is even warning you...

Yeah, you can't make a hotmail. ALTHOUGH, through a lot of MX editing and shiz and aslong as sulake havn't already made the email you can make it work on a cPanel linux server.. (I've tried) It's lulz, anyway. I traced the IP's and this WASN'T a fake.
