Hackfix Works for v1753? i have a big PROBLEM!

I'm in big trouble, I need help, my server is offline at the time for it.

I wonder if the hackfix"Query" works for version v1753
When hackfix is active, I can not create character...
ERROR: "Failed to abtan data from server. Prease try again later"

in the same time, i need hackfix, This morning I went to restart the server, and"EX sorc was with skill attacker
I tried to restart it again to see what was wrong, and a few more people showed up with the same problem.

I really do not know what to do, i need help!
