Few questions about RYL1 hosting

Hi all, I am totally new to RYL1 hosting but I have experience play with RYL1 and I decided to create a server to play with my friends.
I have few questions here and hope community would like to answer me, I have used search function but I can't get the answer I wanted.

1. RAM requirement to host the server
2. Bandwidth recommended for players amount over 100.
3. Guide of creating server? (I have searched, but cant get answer)
4. Dagger bug and anti hacks system?

So far, this is my question.
