the jPTadmin have a problem here with gameguard. When run jPTadmin, the game guard is actived, and next u are moved to web page like you are hacking... how deactive this?

SQL>DATABASE>TABLES
If u want to make acc with first character "a", then find dbo.AGameUser
If u want to make acc with first character "b", then find dbo.BGameUser
If u want...

Right click on it and select Open table....

You'll see a row with NULL everywhere.. just click on the first one and enter the
information you want. Press tab to go to the next column.
If you don't know what to enter, just enter 0 as value.

Any commands on hotuk.ini for gameguard?

use included admin's hotuk.ini

and there is a command for server side too. but don't know if that's the problem: *GAME_GUARD
