He just had luck with aging from +19. Also got +2
Means 19+2 = 21

I don't really understand you... But it's okay.
Yes It's possible to get from +17 +2.
So your item will be +19.
If you get luck like bruno had, your item gets again +2.
So it means 19+2 = +21

Long time ago Shagpub posted a Screen shot in the same case.
Also there was max +18 system. So he got from +17 +2.
And his item went to +19

Well you can create a new sheldom table for your client with new stones to upgrade your aging system.

At least I don't really understand why he posted that screenshot...
