i try in age rate editor and he not changed still 100%...

You may be using the wrong age editor then. One is old, one is new.

Btw, if you guys need help finding out the values of each piece of hex, here's a nice converter--

You want to convert to "decimal". The picture pretty much shows all the common values already though.
