And exactly how is anyone suppose to help you when you do not provide the bugged website code?
It is probably just a default ID used for development/debugging. find references to the panel ID in the I guess php code and remove it.

No help can be provided if we have no idea how the site works.

you'll have to go in accountdb database and then in the table for the User and see if this not so "inuse" if 1 You put 0, or also see the CT table in clandb if it is not buggy char it.


I believe that this is not hacker
